What if my quiz result isn't clear — I'm tri-doshic or dual?

Most people are dual-doshic. The protocol is built for combos. Week 1, Day 3 teaches you how to distinguish prakriti (stable) from vikriti (what's loudest right now) so you know which one the protocol should work on first.

I've tried a lot and nothing ever sticks. What makes this different?

Three things: (1) It's 21 days, not unlimited — there's an end point. (2) It's type-specific, not generic — your morning routine is matched to your constitution. (3) Day 18 asks you to pick three practices to keep — not all of them. Three you'll actually keep beats twelve you'll abandon.

I'm too busy to add more to my plate.

The protocol is 20 minutes a morning. For most of you, 15 of those minutes already exist — you're already on your phone for 45 minutes before noon. The protocol is partly a replacement, not an addition.

I'm dealing with a specific health condition — is this safe?

The Dosha Protocol is a lifestyle program — dinacharya, food timing, breathing practice, self-massage. It does not replace medical care. If you have a diagnosed condition, are pregnant, or are taking medication, consult your provider before starting.

I can't make the live call. Will I miss out?

How is this different from Master Your Dosha ($197)?

The Dosha Protocol is a 21-day practice. Master Your Dosha is a comprehensive education course — longer, deeper, more modules. If you want to understand the full system in depth, go to Master Your Dosha. If you want to do something for 21 days, this is it. Many students do the Protocol first.

Is this scientific or is this spiritual?

Both, and that's not a contradiction. The Protocol cites peer-reviewed research where relevant. It also cites the classical texts because they are older than the science and often more integrated. We don't pretend Ayurveda is 'proven' by modern research. We also don't hide behind mysticism.

What if I don't know my dosha yet?

I missed a day. Do I catch up?

What happens after Day 21?
