Secure your access to Ayurvedic Cooking $129 $69 Join the Program The Journey Within Frequently Asked Questions I’m busy and I don’t have much time to cook elaborate meals, will this program be suitable for me? Our philosophy for Ayurvedic nutrition is that it needs to work for most people – meaning it can’t be too difficult, troublesome, or time-consuming. That’s why we’ve designed this program and the recipes in it, to fit even the busiest schedules. In fact, you’ll find many recipes that can be completed in just minutes. What about ingredients, will they be hard to find? Are they expensive? The vast majority of ingredients recommended in the program are easy to find at virtually any well-stocked grocery store, and most don’t require any special cooking tools or skills either. And if there’s anything you can’t find in your neighborhood, finding it online should be easy. When will the coaching calls take place? What if I can’t make them? The first call begins on Thursday July 31st, with subsequent calls happening every Thursday after for five weeks. A full recording will be made available within 24 hours after each coaching call, so you can catch the ones you missed, and revisit them as many times as you like. Can I just study the program at my own pace? Yes! While we highly recommend making it for the live calls so you can ask questions and enjoy the community feel, you can also begin, pause, and resume the program whenever you like. Can I use this program if I’m preparing food for not just myself, but multiple family members? Absolutely! You’ll find tutorials, guidelines, and recipes for every Dosha type, meaning you’ll have everything you need to fulfill the nutritional requirements of everyone in your household. I have a specific illness/health condition, will the program help me create customized meal plans for it? The program focuses on food for general health and wellbeing according to your Dosha. We recommend consulting with an Ayurvedic practitioner if you need nutritional advice for an illness. That said, Ayurveda does associate specific health conditions with specific Doshas, and eating according to your Dosha may help you address many of the common imbalances, characteristics, and symptoms that come with it.
